  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

8. Damaged Product During Shipping

Claims made after 72 hours will not be considered.

  • Customers are advised to check with neighbors, building security, or the courier partner.


10. No Refund Policy

  • Alcen Clothing follows a strict no-refund policy.

  • No refunds will be provided for shipping delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or customer-related delivery issues.
