Return Policy

1. Overview

At Alcen Clothing, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
Returns are accepted only for damaged products, and size exchanges are allowed under specific conditions mentioned below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


2. No Refund Policy

Alcen Clothing does not offer refunds.

Once an order is placed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference


3. Return Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Products do not carry tags, so tag presence is not required

  • Original packaging must be retained

  • Order ID / invoice is mandatory

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage must be shared

⚠️ Claims raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


4. Size Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size you ordered, we offer a size exchange facility under the following conditions:

  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be retained

  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability

  • A ₹150 charge will be applicable to cover return shipping costs

  • No exchange will be processed without payment of the exchange fee

⚠️ Size exchange is allowed only once per order.


5. How to Claim a Return or Size Exchange

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Customer name & contact details

  • Photos or videos (mandatory for damaged products)

  • Brief description of the issue

⚠️ Do not return the product without confirmation.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.


6. Return & Replacement Process

  • Our team will verify the claim

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  • After inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued (subject to availability)

  • No cash, UPI, or bank refunds will be provided


7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following are not eligible:

  • Products without damage (except size exchange as stated above)

  • Claims raised after 72 hours

  • Used, washed, worn, or altered items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping details will be shared after approval

  • Alcen Clothing is not responsible for damage after delivery

  • Customers are advised to use a tracked courier service


9. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
