  • We accept multiple payment methods (UPI, cards, wallets, COD depending on availability).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional charges may apply (if applicable).

If pricing errors occur on the website, we may cancel the order and notify you.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (for prepaid orders), or

  • Our acceptance of the COD request.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Wrong shipping details.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@alcenclothing.in. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are mentioned on product pages but may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7. Coupons, Offers & Store Credit
